Europe's big freeze squeezes Russian oil supply

Europe is increasingly being caught up in what is become an almost annual row between Russia and Ukraine over gas supplies.

Italy has taken emergency measures to deal with what it called critical shortages of Russian gas following icy weather.

Moscow said it has to meet greater demand at home, but one expert told euronews there are different reasons for the shortage.
