Calgary, AB -The fourth annual Burton Canadian Open Snowboarding Championships, presented by MINI, got underway today at WinSport Canada’s Canada Olympic Park (COP) in Calgary, Alberta. We teamed up with TTR's favourite 14 year old ripper, Ty Walker, for this 'Check The Course' so sit back and let her show you what the riders are hitting.
The second stop on the 2011/2012 Burton Global Open Series and a TTR 5Star event, the Canadian Open will include slopestyle and halfpipe competitions, offering riders the chance to earn a piece of the $72,000 prize purse and gain valuable points towards Burton Global Open Series championship titles and the Ticket To Ride World Tour Championship titles.
