If you or I committed "fraud" they would lock us up and throw away the key in this Country, BUT if you are a banker, I suppose you are exempt. I'm truly surprised that the many families that lost their homes or are about to, aren't rioting over this. What a scam, what a disgrace and what a "Fraud".
