Before there was Naomi and Kate Moss, there was Miss Piggy.
Nearly 40 years on, the most fabulous of the Muppets hasn't lost any of her diva ways.
To celebrate the launch of her latest film "The Muppets", a select group of fashion insiders were recently invited to a very exclusive party.
The topic of conversation - her royal Muppetness.
SOUNDBITE: Fashion Designer Inacio Ribeiro of Clements Ribeiro, saying (English):
REPORTER ASKING: DO YOU THINK SHE'S A BIT OF A DIVA?
RIBEIRO, SAYING: "Oh, total diva. That's why she can relate to fashion."
SOUNDBITE: Lucia Carpio, Fashion Blogger, saying (English):
"Miss Piggy is an icon for women of all ages, for all shapes and sizes. We forget she's a puppet."

"Yeah totally, she's definitely up their with Kate Moss and Naomi."
REPORTER ASKING: DO YOU WANT TO WORK WITH MISS PIGGY?
FREW, SAYING: "Yeah totally, I'd love to do Vogue with her someday."
Cosmetics giant MAC have also secured the in-demand fashion muse for their latest campaign.
A specially designed eye shadow and fake eyelashes were chosen to give women that Piggy look.
SOUNDBITE: Daily Express Fashion Journalist Antonia Kraskowki, saying (English):
"I just had these lashes done by MAC and who wouldn't look like Miss Piggy and I absolutely jumped at the chance to get them done.
REPORTER ASKING: HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM?
KRASKOWSKI, SAYING: "I love them. I wish I could like this everyday."
Giles Deacon designed Piggy's dress for the British premiere of her film, and said as far as divas went, she was up there with Anna Wintour.
SOUNDBITE: Designer Giles Deacon, saying (English):
REPORTER ASKING: What were some of her (Miss Piggy's) demands, did she demand a white room with white flowers?"
DEACON: "Oh my god, I count all of the above, all of the above. Yeah we had to make sure everybody in the studio had to face to wall when she came in."
It's been 12 years since the Muppets have had an original theatrical release, and what has Miss Piggy been up to all this time?
SOUNDBITE: Miss Piggy, saying (English):
"I've been shopping."
KERMIT: "She's been shopping for 12 years."
PIGGY: "Both in stores and online."
"The Muppets" movie will be out in British cinemas on February 10th but in the meantime, Miss Piggy will have the unenviable task of choosing what designer to wear to next month's Oscars.
