The Bucharest Conference on OSCE 2010 has concluded, but his reverberation will be long lasting . The participants at this event has witnessed history in making as the Bucharest Conference was the only conference realized on an European Union country , was the only conference on OSCE that enjoyed a three president`s participation : a message from President Nursultan Nazarbaev of Kazakhstan , and key note speeches from President Emil Constantinescu of Romania and President Ion Iliescu of Romania and finally it was the conference that give a strong support to President Nursultan Nazarbaev plans to reform OSCE.
The Bucharest Conference held under the high patronage of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation , Kazakhstan Diplomatic Mission in Romania and European Council on International Relations was a response of European structure to the key proposal launched by President Nursultan Nazarbaev calling for a global European response to OSCE crisis.
