Oscars 2011 review: your animated coverage

http://www.nma.tv/ This year's Oscars tried to attract a younger audience, with James Franco and Anne Hathaway as hosts and frequent references to social networking. But the most memorable moments turned out to be unscripted blunders by Oscar-winners, such as when Best Supporting actress Melissa Leo accidentally dropped the F-bomb. Best Director Tom Hooper uttered the most awkward phrase of the night when he referred to his relationship with actors Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush as a "triangle of man love." While many question whether Hooper deserved his award, no one was surprised to see Natalie Portman win best actress, making her the 5th pregnant woman to win the award. Otherwise, comedian Norm MacDonald's tweets about the Oscars were probably more edifying than the event itself. Maybe he should host next year's ceremony.
