Trouble in the Deer Factory

In western Colorados Piceance Basin, a new wave of energy development is exploding in an area known as the deer factory, home to one of the largest mule deer herds in the nation. Former state wildlife biologist and National Wildlife Federation regional executive director Steve Torbit and other Westerners talk about the effects of this rapid industrialization on this critical wildlife habitat.
