Tractional retinal detachment is a common cause of blindness in the working-aged population. Therefore it is important to develop new effective surgical procedures, which would enable a quick return to professional work. We present 53-year-old female with decreased visual acuity from tractional retinal detachment. The patient underwent 27-gauge sutureless vitrectomy in topic anesthesia. We achieved ultimate anatomic and visual success.
