Air drops aid to stricken ship

In this first video footage, the Royal New Zealand Airforce can be seen dropping equipment to the crew of a Russian ship, stranded in Antarctica.
Equipment, including a pump and fuel, were dropped Saturday, on the ice near the trapped ship, the Sparta.
32 crew members have been trapped since last Friday, when the ship struck underwater ice.
Ships heading towards Sparta to rescue them, will take severals days to reach.
