Obtained from a social media web site - the video, which cannot be independently verified by Reuters, also depicts protesters chanting and dancing in a rally against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
Activists say Syrian forces killed 13 people during the widespread protests in Homs and Deraa on Friday...one day after Syria's ally Russia sharpened criticism of Damascus in a United Nations draft resolution.
Russia's move paves the way for the 15-nation Security Council panel to issue its first statement of purpose on Assad's crackdown.
Observers say two hundred thousand people attended the rally in Homs, during which the video shows images of government officials hanging from a mock gallows.
