Michael Jackson's furniture for sale

This is the furniture last touched by the King of Pop.
It's the content of the house where Michael Jackson's lifeless body was found in 2009.
The furniture will be sold at auction.
And th lots include some 500 items of mostly paintings and furniture from the Beverly Hills house Jackson rented while preparing for his comeback concerts.

"Anything associated with Michael Jackson is highly collectible. And really these are pieces, some of them belong in museums, because they'll always be forever a part of Michael Jackson's life."
A handful of the items bear a personal connection with the singer and his family.
Such as this rooster chalkboard inscribed by Jackson's children.
"I love daddy. Smile, it's for free," it reads.
And a bedroom mirror with a message from Jackson to himself including the words "train" and "perfection."

"Michael would see, stand in the mirror, and see himself. He could see the notes that he made to encourage himself to perform."
Fans helped decorate the auction room with a Christmas tree in honor of the late singer.
It's open to the public ahead of the auction on December 17.
