About 100 Libyans surround a Tunisian passenger aircraft at a Tripoli airport in protest at Libya's government.
Witnesses said that about a dozen cars drove onto the tarmac and blocked the Airbus A-300 from taking off.
The protesters say they want the National Transitional Council to launch an open investigation into clashes last week that left several people dead.

"People are protesting about what happened on Wednesday. They came to send a clear message to the NTC that the points that they have agreed to be taken care of last Wednesday have to be effected right away."
None of the passengers on the aircraft were harmed, and the plane later took off with 54 people on board.
Last week's clashes took place in Bani Walid, a town southeast of Tripoli which had been a pro-Gaddafi bastion, and was one of the last places to submit to the new Libyan leadership.
