Prime Minister Kamal Ganzouri says he won't be able to have a new cabinet in place before Monday's parliamentary election He also attempted to reassure thousands of protesters in Tahrir Square that military leaders aren't clinging to power. SOUNDBITE: Prime Minister Kamal Ganzouri saying (Arabic) "f I knew that they were seeking power, I would not have coordinated with the military council. I am here to serve the country. Thank you." Anti-military sentiment in the capital echoed on the streets of Alexandria and Suez. Demonstrators have dubbed the protests "Last Chance Friday" and are calling for the military to hand over power.
