The price of sugar continues to rise. It has almost quadrupled since 2001, from 120 to more than 400 Euros a ton. The German company F.O. Licht has an overview of harvests and production around the globe and has produced a regular sugar report for 150 years.Be they bank investors, Coca-Cola purchasers, or export tycoons in Thailand, people in the sugar business around the world use data from F.O. Licht.
