The Zintan fighers that seized Saif al-Islam Gaddafi in Libya's southern desert say their prisoner is being treated well.
Al-Ajami Ali Al-Ateiri is the group's leader.
SOUNDBITE: Head of the Zintan fighters Al-Ajami Ali Al-Ateiri saying (Arabic):
"He was captured around one-thirty a.m. and he was brought to the brigade headquarters. We have treated him well. He was not hit or hurt at all."
While fighters say they will hand the 39-year-old Gaddafi heir over when leaders in the capital form a government that can try him, few expect Saif al-Islam in Tripoli soon.
