Rough cut (No reporter narration). Tentless, bagless, and without a clear objective, Occupy Wall Street protesters, who'd been evicted from a park in New York, returned Tuesday (November 15) evening, after the space was reopened again to the public. The protesters carried signs such as "NYPD (New York Police Department) is now occupying Zuccotti Park. What are their demands?" even as a large contingent of NYPD officers kept a close watch on their activities. A judge had earlier upheld New York City's legal justification for evicting OWS protesters from the park. Hundreds of police had stormed the camp around 1 a.m. (0600 GMT) Tuesday and dismantled tents, tarpaulins, outdoor furniture, mattresses and signs, arresting 147 people, including about a dozen who had chained themselves to each other and to trees. Even as protesters returned Tuesday evening, they were banned from bringing backpacks, tents and sleeping bags with them.
