Jeff helps an old friend when he gets suspended from Air Force after the death of a pilot when the new ‘Red Arrow’ fighter aircraft loses control. As his friend pay Jeff Tracy a visit, Brain comes to the conclusion that the ‘Red Arrow’ aircraft was sabotage and culprit is no other than the Hood who attempt to sabotage the second prototype by letting it go on a collision course into a gigantic telerelay tower in England, trapping the two engineers inside.
It is up to the International Rescue boys to rescue the two engineers while Tin Tin keeps Casey busy.
