US national James D'Agostino arrives at Phnom Penh court for sentencing on charges of abusing a minor.
The 57-year-old Pennsylvania doctor was arrested by anti-human trafficking police in February on suspicion of having had sex with a minor boy.
D'Agostino was sentenced to four years in prison and ordered to leave the country after serving his jail term.
His lawyer denounced the sentence as unjust and vowed to appeal.
More than 90 suspected paedophiles - mostly foreigners - have been arrested in Cambodia since 2008.
