Lady Gaga races to New Delhi

Lady Gaga makes her first-ever visit to New Delhi.
The U.S. pop-star performed before thousands after India's first Formula One Grand Prix race.
During a press conference before the show Gaga told reporters she was blessed to be in India.
SOUNDBITE: Lady Gaga, singer, saying (English):
"I would like to say thank you to all of you my deepest gratitude and also I am most excited to meet all of you. The sights here in India are beautiful but the most beautiful sight here is the people."
The pop icon spoke at length about her music, including her latest album and hit single 'Born This Way' - explaining why the chartbuster was special for her.

"The song is about believing in yourself no matter what and knowing that your identity is the most sacred. And like I said before it is also about reincarnation and being able to be reborn if the place, which you are in, is an unhappy one. Know that you can also be reborn in this life time."
Gaga has sold at least 23 million albums and 64 million singles worldwide.
Her album "The Fame Monster" is one of the highest selling digital albums of all times.
