Rocket Stove (remix).

My home-made rocket stoves maiden voyage, so to speak.
It's made from an old LPG bottle... is insulated with vermiculite... the tray for the firewood is stainless, as is the flue, which is 1.6mm thick 4 inch tube.
The top plate is 3mm mild steel sheet.

CAUTION: before cutting the LPG cylinder with a large angle grinder, make sure its empty before unscrewing and removing the entire 'cylinder bottle valve' before filling the cylinder up with water,... only then is it safe to cut and unlikely to EXPLODE !

I have tested its ability to cook and it does work very well, despite the fact that it blows a little black smoke indicating its not quite burning efficiently... but still it does'nt take much wood at all to cook with and that's the main thing, right ?
I used very dry packing crate timber, but you could use dry branches / sticks and that as well.
