Over the past 10 years Morocco has become a Mecca for adventure motorcycling. Just 20 miles from mainland Europe, it's cheap and accessible - a spectacular, ever changing country waiting to be explored. MCN joined an Adventure-Spec-led, two-week expedition at its midway point in the isolated town of Merzouga. The trip had started in Fez and headed into the lower, middle and upper Atlas mountains. Now ahead of us lay the enormous sand dunes in the sprawling Sahara and the undiscovered pistes of the Rekkham Plateau.
