Ellame En Kathali - Nagarjuna Rescue's A Guy

Nagarjuna rescues a guy who is going to commit suicide and asks him the reason for it. Later he knows the reason and visits a hospital where the guys mother is being treated. There the guys gets to know that his mother is dead due lack of medicine.
