The song is about how Chiranjeevi is teased by the girl who is in love with him, she expresses her love by singing the song for him. Later in the song she pretends to be drowning in a stream for whom Chiranjeevi jumps into the stream to rescue her. The movie is directed by I.V.Sasi for which Illayaraja composed the music.
