The Asia Girls Explosion at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo, is produced by JayFR and Yoshiki of X Japan. X Japan and Violet UK performed that night. The Asia Girls Explosion tries to bridge the fine line between Japan and North America and while Japanese models like Kaori Momoi and Tominaga walked, so did 90210 actresses Jessica Stroup, Shenae Grimes, and Annalynne McCord. Marilyn Manson and Olivie Palermo also model during the show. Olivia Palermo walked in a white dress as part of the Kitgirl collection. Marilyn Manson walked in a fashion show for the first time and thinks modeling could be his calling! In another show, models go all out in gothic pieces and cartoonish getups that showcase Japanese style with a modern twist.
