It's back to business as usual at Tripoli's port. A site of heavy fighting during Libya's civil war, the docks are now operating at close to capacity. That's a welcome development for residents of Tripoli, who for months faced shortages of food, fuel and other essentials. Four months ago this was what the port looked like. NATO warplanes attacked several Libyan warships moored here in an attempt to choke off the supply of oil to regime of long-time leader Muammar Gaddafi. The port's re-opening is another sign that life here is returning to normal - three weeks after Gaddafi was driven from power. Libya's interim government is still waging a war against some tribes loyal to the former leader. But port authorities say the site is "totally secure". Andrew Raven, Reuters
