Dr Aly El-Masednah Kothany is the new chargé d’affaires of the Libyan embassy in Berlin. He is not a career diplomat but a doctor, who studied here in Germany. He has always called for democracy and freedom in his home country. His wishes may now be coming true. We talked to the new diplomat.
