Police say the attack happened during funeral prayers.
The Pakistani Taliban have stepped up attacks on pro-government tribes recently.
Taliban militants are currently holding more than 20 young men hostage in an area straddling the Afghan border.
They're demanding the release of prisoners and an end to tribal support for offensives against them.
The U.S.-backed government have persuaded some groups to take up arms against the militants.
