Call it NYPD Frisky: When scanily clad women approached police at New York's West Indian Day parade, the cops responded with dirty dancing moves that aren't in the patrol guide. The women seemed to have as much fun as the cops, but Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly isn't amused. Tim Minton speculates on the officers' next assignment.
