Katrina's BODYGUARD item number a publicity gimmick : Kareena

Although the much talked about film 'Bodyguard' is all set to release next week, the lead heroine Kareena Kapoor and the hot actress Katrina Kaif who is doing an item song in the movie are still at loggerheads with each other.
