HEALTHY "Tindali Dal" - Indian Food Recipes

Ingredients- 1/2 cup moong dal 1/2 cup chana dal 1 cup black gram dal 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp amchur powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 red chilli 1-2 green chillies 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp garlic 1 inch ginger 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tbsp oil Water Salt to taste Preparation- In the cooker add water, moong dal, chana dal and black gram dal. Add 1 tbsp garlic, green chillies, ginger, turmeric powder, red cilli powder and let it cook . For the tadka - In a saucepan add oil. Add the cumin seeds, garlic and add the dals. Add salt. Serve hot and garnish with amchur powder and coriander leaves.
