This is a traditional colonial style house occupies the ground floor of the building. There is a large courtyard onto which the various rooms lead. As you enter the building there is a large formal sitting room with sofas. Then there are three bedrooms the last being the master bedroom, all with bathrooms on suite (shower) and with queen sized beds.
