The debt crisis continues to grip Europe and now, even France is feeling the pressure. The Eurozone's second-largest economy is taking steps to preserve its credit standing.French companies have become less competitive on international markets. Reform is needed, but the process has been delayed again and again - and economic growth has suffered as a result. Meanwhile, the country's debt load continues to grow.
