The speciality of the movie is its novel screenplay.Chaudhary's (Naresh) Kalyani Music College and Chamundeshwari Devi's (Jayaprada) Dance School at Nainital compete with each other. While Kalyani Music College has Bala (Balakrishna) as its reason to make it famous, Chamundeshwari Devi ropes in a dancer Krishna and it results in more fame to her institution. Bala encourages Chaudhary's daughter (Meera Jasmine) to love Krishna. She's in neckdeep in love with him. Now Chaudhury has no other way but to bend low before his rival Chamundeshwari. Truth is that Chamundeshwari and Chaudhary are split wife and husband. Another revealing truth is that Bala and Krishna are one and the same. When the couple requests him to marry their daughter, he denies to accept her as his bride-to-be.
