This was one of Selvin's pseudonyms. Originally a violinist, Ben Selvin probably made more records than any other bandleader from the late 1910's through the 1930's. After his recording career he remained active in record business as artistic director till the 1960's. This great record was made in 1932. I could not identify the vocalists. Rust lists Dick Robertson and Paul Small as the vocalists having performed during this session but it is anything but sure they participated in this recording. It should be noted that towards the end of the video is included a publicity featuring Ben Selvin playing the saxophone (far left), which in my original video file was quite clear but which, due to the Dailymotion file compression process unfortunately got blurry.
