Kosovo's president - unconstitutional

Kosovo's highest court has ruled last month's election of President Behgjet Pacolli as unconstitutional. It said that Pacolli was elected via an invalid procedure. It is not clear if it means there will be another vote in parliament to re elect him as leader or if he will have to step down. The ruling is the latest sign of political turmoil in the breakaway territory. http://www.euronews.net/
