http://uselectionnews.org Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour stated in a hearing before Congress last week that although he was frustrated with Medicaid and it’s penchant for misuse by beneficiaries in his home state, he would not consider “opting out” of the program as it does a lot of good for the underemployed and penniless that actually need the help.
