Soldier leaves proposal message on wrong phone

A British soldier serving in Afghanistan has called his girlfriend and left a voicemail asking her to marry him, but he dialled the wrong number.
The soldier, whose identity is as yet unknown, asks his girlfriend Samantha to marry him. However, the person who received the message was Diane Potts.
Dianne then contacted ITV news in a bid to track down Samantha and pass on the emotional message to her.
