EU's Hedegaard on Cancun progress

Connie Hedegaard the EU's Climate Action commissioner has said she is happy that some progress has already been made during the previous week of the Cancun Summit on Climate change, in Mexico. However, she also spoke of needing to concretize said progress in the form of usable, implementable document, to which governments could adhere. The Summit continues all this week, and progress as usual is expected to be fraught with political posturing, and unwillingness to be bound to specifics. Distributed by Tubemogul.
