The location of the conference holding all of the top air chiefs of the world air forces has been changed to a remote castle in Scotland when they are the latest targets of the Mysterons. However, the chosen location for the conference is a Mysteron trap which Captain Scarlet discovers and is capture and chained up in the castle dungeon along with Symphony Angel.
