Count Stephan von Neipperg has made a name for himself in the world of fine wine. His Bordeaux is considered one of the best of its kind in the world. Now he has bought a vineyard in Bulgaria for some 40 million Euros.His aim is to improve the quality of Bulgarian wine. Whilst for the past 50 years the motto of Bulgarian winemaking has been quantity over quality, the experts are keen to turn that around and produce some top wines. Report by Karl Harenbrock.
