Michelle Williams ready to tango with Ian Waite

Michelle Williams is confident about her upcoming tango performance with temporary dance partner Ian Waite on Strictly Come Dancing.

The former Destiny's Child singer was paired up with Waite, as her regular dance partner Brendan Cole, had to fly back to his native New Zealand to attend his father's funeral.

Williams says she does not think the partner swap will have any negative impact on her impeding performance on Saturday's show. Speaking at the Mobo Awards in Liverpool on Thursday, she said:

"I've been put in different situations, where you've had to get acclimated pretty quickly. So it's just about 'Hey lets go! Teach me what I need to do.

"I'll be great for Brendan, and Brendan will have a job when he gets back."
