Vodafone files petition against new I-T dept move

In an another twist to the ongoing tussle between U.K.-based Vodafone Group PLC and the Income Tax department, Vodafone has now fired a fresh salvo against the Income Tax department by filing a fresh writ petition in the Bombay High court challenging a notice to them in the month of May.
