Many colleges don’t have approved principals

After taking a charge as a Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University today, Dr. Rajan Welukar claim that they will create such an atmosphere that more and more senior professors will enroll for Phd so that the city do not fall short of Principals. Two years back Bombay High Court gave directives to fill vacant post of principals failing to which they could lose affiliation.
