Bonkers for bunnies?

Well, then a trip to the Bunny Museum in Pasadena, California should definitely be on your to-do list. With a literally heaping bounty of everything bunny-themed, the museum boasts the world's biggest collection, with more than 26,000 pieces.

There are bunny dolls, stuffed-animals, toys, antiques, and virtually every bunny-related knick-knack imaginable. The collection was amassed by bunny-enthusiast Candace Frazee, who with the help of her husband Steve, turned her home into a "hare-raising" show piece.

"We give each other a bunny gift every day as a love token. We now have over 26,000. We got a Guinness World Record at 8,000, so no one will ever beat us," said Frazee. "Steve started it. He gave me the first bunny on Valentine's Day. Then I gave him the second one on Easter and before you know it, they were multiplying like bunnies."

More than 16,000 people have come visit the aptly named, "hoppiest place in the world." Admission is free, and the museum is open every day of the year, but by appointment only.

"People come here and the say, 'don't you have enough? Don't you want to stop?' And I'm like, No! I can't wait to say we have a million bunnies," said Frazee.

The collection has become so large that a majority of it remains in storage. Frazee is planning on moving the museum in the next few years, giving her and her bunnies a little more room to breathe.
