More than two millions of road patrol breakdown records and at least 40,000 questionnaires concerning customer satisfaction had to be evaluated. Then the winner was made. For the fourth time the award for the best quality was given to a Japanese company. The winner is the Subaru Justy. Jens Becker, head of the German Subaru management, took the ?quality-Oscar? from the hands of road patrol-man Martin Wind.
