Club Rust (http://www.clubrust.com/) is an amazing organization based in Seattle that goes down several times per year to Mexico and builds houses for people who previously lived in sheetmetal slums. They build houses in the city of Tecate, which is just a few miles south of the U.S. border, but it's worlds apart culturally and economically. Each trip, the team builds one house. They've become so streamlined that they can build 1 house in only 3 days. It's like Extreme Home Makeover, except instead of making over a house, they're just straight up MAKING one! So awesome!
