00:13Louis. The hail that came down towards the end of stage three was so severe,
00:16riders turned off the route led by a motor rider who knew just where to take them.
00:20They then tried to squeeze themselves through the doors of the hotel to shelter from the cold
00:24as team staff rushed around to bring them warmer clothing. Not only did the hotel get free airtime
00:28across the world, their Google reviews are lit up with spoof reviews and lots of five-star ratings.
00:34Google lists the holiday village as one star, but thanks to over a thousand user ratings,
00:38their Google rating now sits at 4.9.
