00:00First of all, Lee is speaking very, very highly of him in the under-21s.
00:04He's a standout player since a long time now.
00:07He's the captain of the under-21s.
00:09So I think the door should always be open for the pathway,
00:12always be open for special performances over a long period of time.
00:18And that's what Jobe has done on top of it.
00:21He found his way and found his rhythm with Dortmund.
00:24Has an excellent start to the season.
00:26He's a regular starter now there and very influential.
00:28So there's an opportunity coming through the pathway,
00:33coming on his own merit job, of course,
00:37and deserves to make an impression for us.
00:40And that's why we're glad to have him in camp and see what he can do for us.
00:44Well, we see him in the central midfield, not as offensive as Jude.
00:48I think in general it's an incredible achievement for the family
00:52and for the brothers to be both nominated for their national team,
00:57which is an incredible story in itself.
01:02Like I said, I was very happy to give him the call-up.
01:05And I saw his excitement straight away in his smile.
01:10He's a very open and calm personality.
01:13So it was a very nice phone call, of course, because it was very good news.
01:17We see him in central midfield, like I said.
01:19So he's one of five players now for the central midfield.
01:23He's a more defensive player than his brother Jude.
01:30So he's strong on the ball, good physique, a big body,
01:36a very physical player and can keep possession.
01:39So, yeah, it's now up to him.
01:42But he's, of course, excited and happy and eager to impress.
01:47And that's the best foundation to have a good camper.
01:53So, yeah.
01:53Vielen Dank.
