00:21on the M62 in the early hours of December 21, 2022, when the vehicle lost control in wet conditions,
00:28struck a barrier, overturned and burst into flames. Emergency crews rescued Batool, who suffered
00:35serious leg injuries, but Mr Hussain died at the scene. Batool was charged in January 2024 and later
00:43convicted.
