00:25I'm completely shocked and it's so exciting and it's a huge testament to the amount of people out working, all
00:33the volunteers, all the young people who showed up and voted.
00:35I think a lot of people in my generation were like, the first election I voted in was 2016, so
00:41I'm like shell-shocked from having such an exciting race that ended so badly.
00:45And so it feels like a redemption, it feels like a healing right now that we get to have put
00:50in all this work for the last 10 years to come out in 2026 and see all these changes happening
00:55in the country.
00:56It's really, really exciting.
00:57I'm hoping this translates into actual action, which the Democrats have not historically been great at.
01:06But I was very nervous at the start of the night and now I feel like I can sleep a
01:12little bit easier.
01:13But we'll see what the next few months bring and what actually actionable things happen.
